It is a memory module.

Switches and indicators

From top of the card:

  • Upper limit display
  • Lower limit switches - LS
  • Lower limit switches - MS
  • Memory access indicator - yellow LED: 48 - 64K
  • Memory access indicator - yellow LED: 32 - 48K
  • Memory access indicator - yellow LED: 16 - 32K
  • Memory access indicator - yellow LED: 0 - 16K
  • Error - red indicator - lights when a parity error is detected
  • Disable - red indicator - lights when the ECC disable switch is set to "disable"
  • ECC disable switch

Connectors

The A and B connectors are used for I/O, the C connector is used for the ND-100 Bus.
