Turn off communication on a line.
- <line no.>
- (decimal) default = 1 if the system is configured with only one line.
Rules:
- Permitted only for users RT and SYSTEM.
- Communication should be turned off on both sides of the communication line.
- The NORDNET program (segment) is unfixed (UNFIX) when the last line is stopped.
