'''NOCUS''' - The Nord Computer User Society was an international user organisation of ND users. It was open for all ND customers all over the world. It was independent of [[Norsk Data|Norsk Data A.S]] and had an executive committee made up of representatives from member companies.

The goals of NOCUS was
# Establishe contact among users of computer systems delivered by Norsk Data A.S, and spread knowledge and information within the professional areas of the members.
# Take care of members interests towards Norsk Data.
# Help the members to use their Norsk Data systems in the best and most effective way.

Among the activities was meetings, creating special interest groups, distribute a NOCUS newsletter quarterly and creating a [[Third Party Software Catalogue]].
