The '''TANDBERG TDC 3309''' is a [[wikipedia:quarter-inch_cartridge|QIC]]-24 tape streamer, used in some ND systems.
It can record from 45 megabytes up to 60 megabytes on a cartridge, depending on tape length. It's part of the TANDBERG TDC 3300 series.

(Technically speaking a standalone Tandberg TDC-3309 drive would normally be called TDC-3319, which is a TDC 3309 basic drive plus a TDC 3350 formatter board. The latter contains the host interface, among other things.)
