NOCUS - The Nord Computer User Society was an international user organisation of ND users. It was open for all ND customers all over the world. It was independent of Norsk Data A.S and had an executive committee made up of representatives from member companies.
The goals of NOCUS was
- Establishe contact among users of computer systems delivered by Norsk Data A.S, and spread knowledge and information within the professional areas of the members.
- Take care of members interests towards Norsk Data.
- Help the members to use their Norsk Data systems in the best and most effective way.
Among the activities was meetings, creating special interest groups, distribute a NOCUS newsletter quarterly and creating a Third Party Software Catalogue.
