The ND Relocating Loader (NRL) is a subsystem which is able to convert the output from language processors (compilers, assemblers) into executable programs running under SINTRAN III[1]. The object files created by the language subsystems are in Binary Relocatable Format, otherwise known as BRF.

NRL is a part of ND-10005, ND-210005 and ND-10044 Subsystem package.
