Restart the user on a terminal after he has used @WAIT-FOR-OPERATOR.
- <logical device no.>
- (decimal) must be a terminal.
Rules:
- Permitted only for users RT and SYSTEM.
Eaxmple:
@RESTART-USER 9 *** 09.46.37 RESTARTED TERMINAL 9
