Description
The SINTRAN MS-DOS Service (SMS) is a utility to read or write files in MS/DOS format from/to a 5.25 inch floppy diskette under the SINTRAN operating system. The utility also provides a facility for formatting a high density diskette in MS/DOS format. This utility thus allows files to be transferred both ways across the SINTRAN and MS/DOS file system.
This utility runs under the SINTRAN operating system on ND systems.
Prerequisites
The following are required in order to use this product.
Hardware
Computer: any of 100 Standard, 100 CX, 110 Standard, 110 CX, 120 Standard, 120 CX
- 5.25 inch floppy drive
Software
Operating system: SINTRAN III, version >= K
