RT-LOADER (command)

@RT-LOADER

Start the RT loader. See separate manual.

Rules:

1. Permitted only for users RT and SYSTEM.
2. The RT loader can only be in use by one user at a time.
3. Cannot be restarted by @CONTINUE.
