@LIST-FRIENDS <user name>, <output file>

List names and access modes of users declared as friends to the terminal user.

<user name>
(default = all friends) list all friends matching this user name. Can be abbreviated.
<output file>
(default = TERMINAL) destination of the list.

Rules:
