@LIST-FRIENDS <user name>, <output file>
List names and access modes of users declared as friends to the terminal user.
- <user name>
- (default = all friends) list all friends matching this user name. Can be abbreviated.
- <output file>
- (default = TERMINAL) destination of the list.
Rules:
- Permitted for all users.
