testing the floppy drive. The machine has to be started by pressing the START button. The panel clock is incorrect, so I have to set the clock manually:
@updat 06,14,13,11,2000
@datcl
 14.06.04   13 NOVEMBER 2000

Let's try to format a floppy:

@dev-fun fl-1 s-f-f 17

(device-function, floppy-1, set-floppy-format 17B)

@dev-fun fl-1 f-f

(device-function, floppy-1, format-floppy) No error messages. Let's try to enter the directory

@ent-dir,,f-d-1,0
ILLEGAL FLOPPY FORMAT

(enter-directory, floppy-device-1, unit 0) Ok, perhaps I need to create a directory on it first. Let's start again:

@dev-fun fl-1 r-f
FORMAT (OCT): 13B

(read format)

@dev-fun fl-1 f-f
@dev-fun fl-1 read-status
STATUS: 10B
@cr-dir,test2,f-d-1,0
ILLEGAL FLOPPY FORMAT
@dev-fun-fl-1 read-status
STATUS: 10B

Other info:

@dev-fun fl-1 f-f
FORMATTING ERROR
@dev-fun fl-1 read-status
STATUS: 111030B

Doesn't look like the floppy is ok.

setting the clock: trying to set the clock to a year after 2000 gives an error (the K version of Sintran III is too old for this), so this is what we will have to live with
