SINTRAN III VSE/VSX Utility programs.

Description

Programs to handle mass storage devices offline.

Prerequisites

The following are required in order to use this product.

Installation

ND-100 / ND-110

When loading from a Single Side/Single Density diskette, choose the one with the wanted utility.

Insert the floppy in floppy device 1, unit 0.

The computer must be in STOP mode. Press MACL (or type MACL in OPCOM) and type "1560&" on console.

ND-butterfly OWS model 110 & model 110 teamstation

Press the <SYS> key and select MS-DOS from the menu by moving the inverse field to MS-DOS by pressing the ARROW keys. Press RETURN to preform the selection.

When you have entered MS-DOS, move from MS-DOS to the SINTRAN console by typing:

C:\>SUPV

Give the system password and select the CONSOLE option. Press <ALT>+<F2> simultaneously to stop SINTRAN III. If the AUTOflag is set, press <ALT>+<F4> to reset it. and then press <ALT>+<F1> simultaneously to do a master clear of the hardware

Place the SINTRAN III VSE/VSX Utility programs diskette in FLOPPY-DISC-1, UNIT 0: (= FLOPPY A)

Type without giving carriage return: 1560$

The Floppy-Monitor will come up with a '*' as the prompt string. The it is possible to list the programs on the diskette by typing:

*LIST-FILE

To load a program, just type the program name or:

*LOAD-FILE <program name>

The program will then start.
