:: Maybe it should be changed to just 'Includes a DESCRIBE subsystem', the way MAIL is listed. I originally wrote 'command' because that's how it was described in "ND-Nytt: Wither Timesharing" ('A HELP command.. a DESCRIBE command.. a MAIL subsystem..' The reference manual (which I didn't have at the time) says 'subsystem'. - Maybe it should be changed to just 'Includes a DESCRIBE subsystem', the way MAIL is listed.
